Position Summary:  
We are seeking a Contract Review Specialist to join our team and ensure accurate and efficient management of customer orders. This role is responsible for reviewing contracts, verifying requirements, managing orders within our ERP system (SAP Business One), and supporting proactive communication with our business-to-business customers. This is a hands-on, dynamic role involving a wide range of customer interactions, order management, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review customer contracts and orders thoroughly to ensure requirements can be met; resolve discrepancies as needed.
  • Manage orders in the ERP system, including entry, tracking, and communication of status to customers.
  • Prepare and send accurate quotations and order confirmations, ensuring alignment with pricing, availability, and lead times.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, maintaining documentation, account profiles, and proactive communication.
  • Identify and support workflow or process improvements related to contract and order management to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Deliver a 5-star customer experience in all interactions. 

Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Customer Service, order management, or contract administration preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field.
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Highly dependable self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems.
  • Works well in a culture of honesty, teamwork, and high integrity.  

Work Environment / Schedule: (as applicable):
Primarily an office-based role in a climate-controlled environment. Work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, with occasional flexibility as required for peak order management periods.
